My Favourite Intervals For A Summer Body

Hellooooooo, 

There are many intervals that can shred fat and get you that toned up look ready for that beach this summer. 

My personal favourite is something i learned from a YouTube sensation call Brandon Carter. He labelled it Super Human Interval Training (S.H.I.T)

It’s where you combine muscular movements with a sprint ending. 

For example

  1. 30 seconds min press ups
  2. 30 seconds pull ups
  3. 30 metre sprint 

You can do this for 3-5 sets and rest 1 minute.

It’s works the body so hard as your always at the maximum.

You can even do 1 set of the above and then switch the exercises for the 2nd set.

  1. 30 seconds min press ups
  2. 30 seconds pull ups
  3. 30 metre sprint 

Rest 1 mins

  1. 30 seconds skipping rope 
  2. 30 seconds v-sits 
  3. 30 metre sprint 

It’s as flexible as you like with exercises but keep it to a minimum with exercises to keep the intensity high.
Give it a whirl, they’re really good and fun.
